Our unique process is carried out in collaboration with you and guided by your creative vision. Everything is made in Quebec, Canada, under one roof by a passionate and experienced team using top-quality production equipment.

Once the design phase is complete, we take care of manufacturing the physical product through four main steps: printing, sublimation, cutting, and assembly.

1. Printing

Using a large-format inkjet printer equipped with specialized sublimation inks and transfer paper, each individual pattern piece is printed with your design. The artwork is printed flat and in reverse, preparing it for the transfer process.

2. Sublimation

The printed transfer paper is layered with the selected fabric and fed through a calendar heat press operating at 400°F (204°C). At this temperature, the ink transitions directly from a solid to a gas — hence the term sublimation — permanently infusing the fibers of the fabric with your design.

3. Cutting

Once every garment component has been sublimated, the printed fabric roll is loaded onto a laser cutting system. The machine photographs the fabric, automatically detects the outlines of each pattern piece, and precisely cuts them. An operator then collects the individual pieces and organizes them according to each project.

4. Assembly

The cut pieces are carefully assembled and sewn together by our production team, transforming the individual components into a finished garment that meets our standards for quality, durability, and craftsmanship.

No, we offer you the possibility to add this customization in sublimation, so it will not be possible to add it later. We will print your number at the same time as all the color of your jersey for more comfort and ventilation.
